Was supposed to go on hospital duty that day but had the strong urge not to. I baked this ultra easy cake instead.
Super easy to remember recipe, just a cuppa this and a cuppa that.
Ingredients:
1 cup fruit cocktail with juice
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
Cooking instructions:
1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
2. Line pan with butter and pour batter.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees until golden brown (30-45 minutes).
Tastes like fruit pudding, best served warm with ice cream or whipped cream. :)
